By installing or using EFKey ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's Standard EULA, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Privacy

EFKey collects no personal data and does not transmit what you type. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Beta software

During the TestFlight beta, the App is provided for testing and may contain bugs or change without notice. Feedback you send may be used to improve the App.

Warranty & liability

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the latest version will always be posted on this page.
